Auction 13 March 2024 - Basel Watch AuctionLiterature:
A similar example in pink gold with double signature Ronchi Milano is described in a previous auction catalogue at Christie’s, November 18th, 1996.
The reference 3233 was launched just before the Second World War in 1938 and lasted in production until 1942, it is characterized by its hidden lugs and our present example is rare because of its double signature by Ronchi Milano, one of the few in Italy to be able to put its signature on the dial.
